2. What data we collect

• Contact form: name, email, phone number (optional) and your message.
• Contact by phone, email or WhatsApp: the data you give us in that communication.
• Browsing: technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) logged by the server and, only if you accept, advertising measurement cookies (see section 6).

3. Why we use your data

• To answer requests for information and quotes and to follow up on your request.
• To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations if you become a customer.
• To measure how well our ads work, only with your consent.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, compliance with legal obligations and, for measurement cookies, your consent.

4. How long we keep your data

We keep your data only for as long as needed to answer and follow up on your request. If you become a customer, we keep it for the period required by law, in particular for tax purposes.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell or pass on your data. We use service providers that process it on our behalf: website and email hosting, Google (Google Ads and Google Maps, shown on the contact page) and Meta (WhatsApp), if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

6. Cookies

The website uses technical cookies that are needed for it to work. Google Ads cookies, used to measure how well our ads work, are only enabled if you click “Accept” in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookies” link in the website footer.

7. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to adiasinox@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).

8. Complaints Book

We have a physical and an electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações), available at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
